La FAIRA, Fédération des Associations des Ivoiriens Résidant en Allemagne - Dachverband der Ivorischer Vereine in Deutschland, en Allemand, a été créée le 05 juin 2010 à Berlin, en Allemagne . Cette association est régie par le Code Civil Allemand (BGB, art. 26) et fut enregistrée le 15 janvier 2015 au tribunal de première instance de Berlin-Charlottenburg.
